Art Makes YOU Beautiful: I Know the Secret

How many times have you been asked what you see when you look at a painting, sculpture or photograph? Have you ever wondered what the painting sees when it looks at you? I know, that seems a little off the wall. A question a crazy person who just got let out of the Art Institute for the Creative Insane might ask. But when you think about it, artists throughout time have always been ahead of the masses... and have usually been persecuted because of their not-so-common understanding of the world around them.

Why does everyone have a different opinion of a particular painting? My daughter created an abstract painting recently. She thought it looked like a war zone where a lot of lives had been lost in a very bloody battle. Her boyfriend saw a beautiful waterfall. No one is right and no one is wrong when it comes to personal interpretation of art. Why?

Because a painting REFLECTS YOU and your energy.

So next time you gaze at a work of art, listen very carefully to your comments and pay attention to your feelings because this will give you clues to your perspective on life. Clues art the first steps towards awareness.

How does art make YOU beautiful?

Simple. Every time you look at a painting you see an aspect of yourself. If you choose art that was created by a person with a beautiful spirit, her energy is embedded in the paints she uses, the canvas, the image and even the sweep of the brush. The painting that is born of her deep inner beauty radiates that energy into your home and seeps into your spirit. This allows you to connect to the Higher Source Inner Beauty from which all heart-centered artists channel and create, and thus raise your own vibrational level. And as you know, outer beauty is merely a physical display of the beautiful Being you are inside. We don't always show this side of ourselves to others because of the walls we put up to counter the conflict and chaos we meet with every day of our lives in the outside world.

You can enhance your external beauty merely by being surrounded by beautiful artwork. For a short-term fix visit a nearby art gallery and soak in some beauty. If you desire a long-term energy boost and vibrational beautification adorn your home with an original painting or sculpture created by an artist who makes you feel really good.

Art Uplifts your Spirit, Feeds your Soul and Magnifies your Natural Beauty while Adorning your Walls.

Art speaks. So what are the paintings in your home saying about you? Maybe it's time for a change of (he)art.

Beauty in Plus Size Clothing

Beauty is perception. There is no doubt of this. One's perception of beauty is a function of background and collective experiences. Of course geography and soci-political boundaries with common cultures play a huge role in the definition, but, of course, that is to be expected. The final analysis is that beauty is indeed in the eye of the beholder. This knowledge sets the stage when one seeks to understand the aversion to the world of plus sizes, be it plus size clothing or plus size people.

Plus size clothing has always been the fabric of*punch lines in mean jokes composed by people who do not understand the issue. If one ponders this, these are the same people who poke fun at the excessively thin, not understanding the issue behind that subject as well. It the impetus to the denigration of girth is in the name of good health, then the response to this failed rhetoric is simply baseless. Good health is simple not the exclusive domain of the "perfect" sized person who does not shop for plus size clothing. If health was the motivation, then why is the smoker not ridiculed, or the alcoholic? Is it possible that the psyche of the average human mind is tickled by the few extra pounds? And is it then plausible that this arises from how those pounds have been treated in media. Possible.

The recesses of the average mind, is susceptible to all kinds of suggestions. That is the brilliance of our mind. It is not merely a hard drive of data. The mind is able to pick up on things and infer meaning. One of the greatest aspects of evolution in humans is the ability to reason with logic. It is also a fantastic human feat that we are able to add the dimension of emotion to counterbalance or propel the ability to reason. But one weakness that stems from this great power is the suggestibility of the mind. A few repeated insinuations of a certain issue and the mind clings on with spider-web-like strength. The that transforms our view, even of plus size clothing, which results in our actions.

Plus size clothing has been the deliberate and unfortunate victim of a concerted and organized effort to extract it on the positive impressions of the mind. For before this effort, the plus size woman and her plus size clothing was all the rage. The were the perfectly rounded apple of the man's eye. She was the subject of priceless art. She was the epitome of the form. She was the goddess of those empowered with conjuring goddesses.

Selling Beauty Supplies - Lucrative Business Prospect

In these hardened times, saying that it becomes harder to earn money nowadays is a huge understatement. If you are someone who's looking for a good way to earn money with minimal risks, why don't you try to build a business out of selling beauty supplies? Everyone loves a good beauty product and since people always love to make themselves look good, your business will always be in season. If you have the slightest passion for beauty products, then selling them might just be the big business break that you have been waiting. You do not even have to build a separate facility just to sell your products because you can simply do it right at the comforts of your own home. Selling beauty products is a relatively low-risk business that can generate serious profits when done right.

Just in case you decide to get into the business of selling beauty supplies, the first thing that you will need to think about is your target market. You can target all sorts of age group but for the most optimal set-up, you might want to market your business to the bracket of 18 to 40 years of age. Naturally for maximum profits, you will want to cater primarily to women but that is not saying that you can't target men as well. Once you have decided with your target market, that is when you will be able to accurately decide your product line. Now, will you be selling original products? Or is it best that you stick with popular brands?

Now this will actually depend on your ability to market. There are people that are gifted when it comes to talking with people. If you are someone who is like that, then perhaps you can try selling all-original products. Selling original beauty products is also ideal if you have a lot of friends and acquaintances. Original products tend to be more cheaper than those with popular brands, so it is ideal for most people. Otherwise, selling branded beauty products is a good option as well since you will be letting the brand to do all the talking.

So now, what is best way to acquire beauty products that you can use for your business? Your most suitable option in this case is to get in touch with wholesale beauty suppliers. If you choose to buy your products at wholesale, you will be able to avail significant discounts which will no doubt add to your profits. By ordering in large volumes, you will also be able to ensure that your stocks are always sufficient. But of course, before you can hope to rake in the profits, patience and hard work are important requirements.

Beauty Remains a Thriving Business

There are certain types of shops that appear in every high street in Britain and one of these is the beauty parlour.

Many retail outlets have been swallowed up by competition from the big out-of-town supermarkets. Examples of this include butchers and bakers and grocery shops with the result that the supermarkets hold the monopoly on such produce and the town centres get emptier and emptier.

This is such a major concern in Britain that recently the government set up an enquiry to look into the problem. It recently published a report that revealed many towns have as many as forty per cent empty and boarded up shops in centres.

Over all the figure is around twelve per cent and there are many obvious concerns about this. There are one or two notable exceptions and as it seems even in times of a recession women and some men still need the services of beauty shops these establishments are some of the few shops that still seem to thrive.

Fortunately the supermarkets do not seem to believe there is sufficient demand to incorporate beauty salons in the store unlike their move into dry cleaning which has severely damaged the old high street operators.

There is hardly much left for the out-of-town supermarkets to poach from the high street and even petrol stations in small towns have given up the ghost if a supermarket is nearby.

The only small interest for these empty shops comes from mobile phone retailers, betting shops, coffee bars and charity shops. Rates, rents and parking problems have all contributed to the loss of shops and with town centres looking like ghost towns the retail outlets that do still exist are getting very resentful about the high costs they have to pay the local councils.

Along with beauty shops it seems there is one other service that the supermarkets have not yet laid claim to and that is men's and women's hair salons and small corner convenience stores for the little things it is not worth going all the way to the supermarket for.

Just occasionally things can be turned around but it often takes the supreme efforts of new shopkeepers to work very long hours for very little pay to get them off the ground.

Invariably examples like this are achieved by people with a different work outlook and usually are first or second generation immigrants. In the two small villages in our part of middle England the only shops in both villages closed as did the petrol station within a year of a big out-of-town supermarket opening nearby.

One day an Indian man arrived and started operating a newspaper and milk round from one of the shops and gradually over two years of single-handed hard work and very long hours worked out what essentials people needed which did not entail going to the supermarket.

Now both shops are thriving and operated by managers who are all part of the same family and on a fixed wage and the results quite remarkable. The man has bought a house in one of the villages and it seems singlehandedly has revitalised the communities.

Beauty salons London abound in their thousands and it looks like they face a healthy future as long as they keep up with the competition. The beauty business is like many other fashion business and that is they must accept the bread and butter essentials like nail therapy and make up and add extras as demanded whilst all the time keeping up with the latest technological advances.

When in London get in touch with beauty salons London for all beauty care by making use of the listings in the directory of http://www.onlyuncle.com/.

The Mystique of Inner Beauty

Do you have the answer to this puzzler?

You can't fake it, but you can definitely hide it.

You can't buy or sell it, but it never stops giving to those who have it.

You can't see it, but everyone feels when it's there.

Got your answer?

Most people chime in with answers like love, wisdom, and happiness. Others say integrity, compassion, character, honor, dignity, altruism, and a few more along these lines. So who is correct?

Well, all of them. This constellation of virtues points up the ineffable essence of inner beauty.

There's been a lot of talk in the media about it lately. Maybe you've seen the TV program that entertains its audience by lampooning the visually stunnhng contestants for their apparent lack of "true" beauty. More and more, this type of beauty seems to be missing in action, and it's all too easy to make sport of those who haven't a clue.

So, what is inner beauty? Do you have it?

It seems that the path to inner beauty, if there is such a thing, leads directly to the core of the individual. Think of it as the intuitive "heart and soul" within you.

The ancient Greeks, big fans of all things beautiful, believed a person's soul resided in the heart muscle and their early anatomical scientists often dissected the organ searching for evidence. Today this age-old analogy offers us an inkling of the divine wisdom we harbor within us, even when unaware of its presence. We intuit that everyone is beautiful on the inside, yet finding it within ourselves can be challenging.

Can you remember meeting a person you thought was filled with inner beauty? What was it about them you recognized? This is a very significant question if you know the ancient philosophy that teaches a very profound axiom: we are not able to recognize in others that which we do not ourselves possess. At some level of being, you are no different than they are or you could not have recognized inner beauty in them. What you found so attractive about them is a relevant insight to your own inner beauty.

There is nothing more exciting or powerful than discovering this wonderful truth about yourself. Information like this will shatter the old self-image with its criticisms, aspersions and fears, while laying the groundwork for a new way to experience the world in which you live.

As your inner beauty blossoms, your life experiences change profoundly. Gone are the fear, shame, insecurity, and harsh judgments of the inner critic. What replaces such baser behaviors is the most wonderful and useful asset in the world - the power that comes with loving yourself unconditionally. You somehow feel magnetically attractive, observing your own inner light as it shines through and radiates out to the people you meet. You appear more beautiful on the outside, looking and feeling healthier, happier, more vibrant and alive with passion and vigor.

The reward of such awareness is more than you imagine. This is communion with the source of love and the integrity to meaningfully communicate it to the world around you. People recognize their own inner beauty in you, and that is a definition of true love: the recognition of oneself in another.

Free your inner beauty and you'll find that things happen the way you would have them - from the most important virtue to the least significant event. You'll become more loving and giving, healthy and fit, happy and brimming with self-confidence. You'll create greater self-esteem, truly loving relationships, and a more harmonious environment in which to live.

This journey is like no other, an adventure that leads to the very heart of your being, where science and spirituality come together - deep inside your self. When you're ready to claim your personal power and reap the many rewards of your true beauty, the inner path to love and abundance awaits you.

Cultivating Your Inner Beauty

Every woman knows that they may not be what most would call classically beautiful. What we sometimes forget that is the secret of inner beauty that can be just as captivating as the external appearance. Bright eyes that flicker, smiles that warm your heart and the radiant glow that surrounds them when they walk into the room are part of mastering the secret of creating inner beauty. When a woman has mastered the secret art of inner beauty they can fill a room with a welcoming glow. The best part of inner beauty is the fact that unlike our outward appearance, inner beauty does not wrinkle, gray or diminish with age. It only radiates stronger as you cultivate it.

There are a few secrets to cultivating this inner beauty. Just like a garden, it needs to be cared for and nurtured. Sometimes even a weed or two will pop up that needs to be removed. Knowing what your strengths are is the key to cultivating your inner beauty garden. Each woman has certain natural inner gifts from having the patience of a saint to being able to motivate and spur on those around her. Focus on that gift and help it grow stronger.

Those who have mastered the art of inner beauty also know that selflessness is the key. Sincere compliments and encouragement towards others around you will fertilize your inner garden. As a woman one of your natural gifts is that maternal compassion. Cultivating that gift by giving kind attention to those whom you meet daily will increase that warm glow. When you exercise and stretch that maternal compassion to even those people you don't know, the blossoms in your own garden will bloom into an amazing array of colors.

The secret art of inner beauty is seldom talked about as the world about us tends to focus on outward beauty. Outward beauty will fade with time, but the inner beauty will only outshine itself the more it is cultivated. A woman who can easily, through practiced effort, praise and respect all whom she meets is more beautiful than the one who looks to criticize others. When you put someone else down only reveals that a woman is dependent upon her outward appearance to judge beauty on. Someone once said that "A woman's beauty shines with age".

The beauty that this refers to is that the outward beauty of a woman is a direct reflection of her inner beauty.

Commercialism pushes the idea of outward beauty, but the most beautiful woman in the world are those who have fanned the embers of their spirit to have the flames of love, the flames of hope, the flames of compassion, the flames of courage and most importantly, the flame of a pure heart. These flames are truly the source of the radiant glow which will enable a woman to outshine any outwardly beautiful woman.

This inner beauty cannot be bought with money; it has to be cultivated with time. Just like the planting of a seed, it needs watering, sunshine, and weeding to grow into the amazing flower it was destined to be. Every woman can be beautiful. It begins with cultivating with your own inner beauty.

Discover Inner Beauty Through Wicca

We sometimes ask ourselves--Why are we here? Time flies so fast these days. We sometimes forget what we're actually living for. We feel empty as days pass, and we would try to participate in activities that would fill the void deep inside us. At the end of the day, no amount of working, clubbing, shopping, or drinking would appease our spirits. Amidst fame, fortune, and money, we still feel desperation all over. This leads us into asking this profound question, "What is the reason behind my existence?"

Fortunately, Wicca presents us with reasons that make sense. It is a religion based on discovering the inner aspect of one's being, and altering any emotions that obviously hinders an individual to growth and discovery. It did not take a year and a day for a lot of Wiccans to realize their goals in life. They started with small, simple steps that eventually led them in understanding the big picture.

Wicca is still faced with a lot of social stigma. Weird, evil, strange, and wicked. These are just some of the words that unfortunately have been glued to Wicca as a neo-pagan religion. From time immemorial, minor religions have always been treated with irreverence by the dominant church. Religious persecutions and witch hunts have proven to be nothing but futile as centuries passed. Witchcraft endured these tough times, and was able to preserve their core beliefs and values.

Wicca had always been recognition of the endless beauty that our world offers. Wicca teaches the ways of freedom, and experiencing magnificence in whatever one chooses to do. All throughout the 20th century, Wiccans have always expressed their mission as this: aiding oneself in the path of self-realization through acknowledging beauty in nature.

As the old adage goes, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. This is partially true to Wiccans, traditionalist or modernists alike. To Wiccans, beauty should be seen in everything. It is through this acceptance in the magnificence in nature, that a person finds inner beauty within. When one looks at a work of art, or a lovely scenery, it invokes a overwhelming joy and happiness. In a state of bliss, one finds himself more vulnerable to feelings on the other side of the spectrum-- anger, hate, misery, and depression. These are just some of the negative emotions that we are most aware of when we already have experienced true happiness. When this happens, we will unconsciously find ways on how to get rid of these unfavorable emotions for good. Wicca promises nothing but inner peace and beauty. The commitment of every Wiccan is to progress spiritually, and denounce anything that pollute and corrupt their souls.

Wicca as a religion is all about engaging in practices allowing individuals to break free from stressors of everyday life. Expressing oneself through Wiccan spells is rediscovering the beauty of what lies inside each and everyone is what Wiccans believe as the one of the most fundamental reasons of our existence.

Wiccan is all about expressing your spirituality. It's about freedom and the feeling of unity which you can feel through Wiccan spells and rituals. Dr. Harlan Kilstein provides you with a hundred and one ways of freely expressing your needs and wants through powerful Wiccan spells. Here's to guaranteed success in your pursuit to ultimate success and happiness! Inner Beauty Tip

If you were to choose, which gift would you want? A gift in a pretty gold box with a bow or one in a plain paper bag that looks like it's been used. Now be honest...Would you want the pretty package or the brown bag?

I have played the white elephant game before, where everyone brings gifts, and then you get pick one. And sometimes it's hard to decide. Do I pick the big one that I think is maybe going to have something really good in there or do I pick the one that doesn't look as good, but might have something even better? Because you never know!

I think if we would admit it, a lot of us are drawn to the pretty package. A brown bag may not even look like there is hardly anything in there. But what if we found out what was really inside each of these packages?

And let's say that in the pretty gold box, we found a couple rotten brown bananas, a smelly, dirty sock and an apple that's rotting too. All right, so not what we might expect. Right? Here was a pretty package and there was rotten fruit and a stinky sock. Not good! So let's say that what we found in the plain brown paper bag was a bracelet. And that the bracelet is gold and silver and has two hearts connecting with each other. The bag was plain packaging, but it had something really beautiful inside.

And so, as we think about these packages I want us to think about ourselves. Some of us might feel like we are plain Jane, a boring person on the outside. From our outer beauty we may just feel, we're just plain. And yet, we see people in our schools, in our churches, and all around that are in these really pretty packages. However, sometimes those people that seem to have it all together, the movie stars and the rock stars, may look perfect on the outside. But sometimes they might be dying away or rotting away on the inside. I have to admit, I was one of those people. People might have looked at me and said, man she's got it all together. But on the inside I was dying away, and there wasn't true beauty on the inside. It was all outer beauty.

And yet, you may feel today that you are just that plain Jane. That you don't look like anything special, you're not model material. You may not like certain parts of your body. Like me, you may have acne scars, or you might feel overweight, or have other issues. But you know what? On the inside God may be cultivating an inner beauty that radiates out. And you have a relationship with Jesus Christ, that changes your appearance. People are drawn to you because of the love that you have for other people, because of the love of Christ that is in you.

I want to encourage you to cultivate inner beauty; that inner beauty that only comes from spending time with Jesus. It's so hard to have any time in silence, but it's so important to get away. We have our music, we have our T.V., we've friends, cell phones, etc. that it's hard to unplug. I know, because these last few weeks I haven't taken that quality time with Jesus that I've needed. Sure I've spent some time in the morning, but I didn't do the real deep time of prayer and journaling. The time where I spend listening to God. And when I do break away and spend quality time with God, I felt so much different. The last few weeks I've been feeling confused and anxious, not knowing what to do. However, today I feel clarity again. I heard God speaking to me through my journal and I felt His love again.

I want to encourage you to spend quality time in prayer. Not legalistically, not saying we have to do this, this, and this. But spending that time with God so that your inner beauty can shine through. And that your inner beauty shines out, no matter what you look like on the outside. Whether you are the shiny package or the plain package. You can have inner beauty that enhances the outer beauty God has given you.

I encourage you to read over Psalm 139 this week. It talks about how we are fearfully and wonderfully made. You are special, no matter what you look like on the outside, no matter where you are at with your relationship with Jesus. You are special, and He wants you to know that today. I encourage you to cultivate your inner beauty.

Inner Beauty and Outer Beauty

The false dichotomy between inner beauty and outer beauty has been a source of confusion to many. This is to make the clarifications needed to overcome this confusion.

The two concepts - inner beauty and outer beauty - refer to very different and unrelated things. A better term for "inner beauty" is "personal goodness." And there is no reason why personal goodness would be related, one way or another, to physical appearance. Unrelated concepts mean: zero correlation. It will be possible to find both personal goodness and lack of personal goodness at every level of physical attractiveness; and it will be possible to find physical beauty and lack of physical beauty at every level of personal goodness.

Thus, my daughter, my mother, my sister, and the women I've loved, all had both inner beauty and outer beauty. Whereas Andrea Dworkin and most of her followers are both physically ugly and horrible people. These horrible people then claim ridiculously to speak for a half of the world's population even as they command other women to toe their malignant line and maliciously attack and abuse those who would not. I doubt I am the only person who believes that women deserve a better representation than is afforded by these jerks.

It is much more sensible that women's representatives be the best, not the worst, among women. The women possessing of both personal goodness and physical beauty have far more to offer the world than women who possess neither and are against both. They also stand to make vastly superior role models to other women and motivate other women to be their best, rather than their worst, even as they stand to improve men's view of women by presenting before them a different, vastly more deserving and sympathetic, picture of womanhood.

Being sympathetic toward women's rights and advancement does not require accepting wrongdoing on the part of those who falsely claim to be speaking for women. Instead a person sympathetic toward the preceding would very much take the side of the women who are being attacked by the same. A harpy is not, nor was it ever, a valid feminine ideal. Besides the "traditional" maternal ideal there are others - professional woman, artistic woman, activist woman, working woman, high achiever woman - that are also valid; and all of the above are better both for the women who are doing it and for the rest of the world.

The dichotomy between outer beauty and inner beauty is therefore a false one. The two are unrelated to one another. We will see both good people and bad people at every level of physical appearance. And we will see both physically beautiful and physically ugly people at every level of personal goodness.

What is Inner Beauty

Inner beauty is the most important feature in our human being. All of our actions in a day draw from that inner beauty or soul, if you wish. Have you ever wondered what makes you act the way you do or who you are, inside? Are we are just a collection of cells that happened to come together by chance or is there some grand design someone we can't see or touch that brought us all together? Inner beauty shows itself in many ways perhaps by helping an elderly neighbor with their yard work or volunteering your time to your community.

Love is an expression of inner beauty. Does one give love on a daily basis? Does one feel Loved on a daily basis? Hope is a belief in a positive outcome related to events and circumstances in one's life and the lives of others. This can only come from a place of inner beauty. Do you feel compassion toward another human being when you see them in pain or suffering? Compassion comes from inner beauty, at times you can feel it tug at your heart, sometimes you can ignore it but deep down it's always there.

What about outer beauty? Can outer beauty, say a beautiful waterfall, a majestic mountain or the brilliant stars in heaven, be enjoyed without inner beauty? I think not. A person can be attracted by outward beauty only to find on closer examination that it is ugly on the inside. A beautiful looking person can be filled with hatred or with love. But how do we know unless we look on the inside? We often judge people when we first meet them by the way they look. It has always been said; you cannot judge a book by its cover. So look inside when you first meet people and look for that inner beauty, in the long run it is far more important than outward beauty.

What can physical things in life do for the soul? The answer is "nothing". You need to fill the soul otherwise it starves. Is your inner soul starving? You can satisfy the hunger with acts of kindness and love, there is plenty in this world to fill the soul. Use it every day and I believe you will be full in no time. After 9/11 I felt love and compassion for all of my fellow Americans, I remember sitting at a toll booth waiting for the person in front of me, fumbling to find the correct change. Any other time I would have been a bit angry at the wait but this time I would have waited all day without anger. I believe it was because we were all one during that time, one country, one people. Why can't it be like that every day as we work, play and live?

I don't have all the answers nor do I proclaim to be fault free but I do know the feelings of my own heart. I am sure that each one of us has thought some of these very things at some point in our lives. I don't want to be on my death bed saying, "I did it all wrong"; there are no do overs. Your inner beauty can flourish and grow, no one can quell it and no one can take it away.

The Pursuit of Beauty

During my commute to Manhattan on the Express Bus one morning, I had the company and pleasure of reading the March issue of Allure magazine. I began by reading the Letter from the Editor Linda Wells and stumped upon this striking catch phrase, the "pursuit of beauty". Linda explains this phenomenon to be much like the pursuit of the American Dream. It is "a right to determine and improve our essential selves, psychologically and physically...that transcends gender, class, race, age and sexual orientation." I thought to myself, "this is so true!" What person today does not want to be and feel beautiful? There is no doubt, that we as human beings are acutely sensitive to our physical appearances and will do anything to gain or to maintain our personal beauty. Our insatiable need for all things "beauty" proves that we are all in full pursuit and unapologetically so.

According to dictionary.com beauty is "the quality present in a thing or person that gives intense pleasure or gives deep satisfaction to the mind." This emotional bond to pleasure explains why beauty plays such a significant part in our lives. We can't help ourselves in the presence of things or persons that call to our sensibilities. Physical beauty, though a matter of taste and opinion is also characterized by society's views. In most cultures, the existence of symmetry or balance is a determining factor of beauty because it suggests the absence of "flaws" or "defects". Facial balance, complexion, body shape and size, as well as youthfulness are all standardizations of beauty. The characterization of beauty however, cannot be understood without also realizing that beauty has another side to it - One that is not so physical, but rather metaphysical (a more intangible element ). We cannot necessarily see or touch it, yet its presence is undeniable. With that being said, we cannot exclude psychological factors such as personality, intelligence, politeness, elegance or charisma as determining factors in recognizing beauty.

As I researched more into this beauty craze, I stumbled upon some very interesting findings. To my surprise, (ok maybe not so surprised) researchers have found that possessing physical attractiveness can be quite influential in a persons life. Someone who is considered to be beautiful is likely to get higher grades, receive better care from their doctors, receive lighter prison sentences and earn more money. As if we don't have enough problems in the world today, now we know that uncontrollable factors like our God-given beauty or "lack thereof", is just another social barrier to add to our list. Whether we acknowledge it or not, and whether we do this consciously or unconsciously, this type of "lookism" has plagued our society for years and can shed some light on the depth of shallowness that exists in our world today.

This daunting truth certainly affects how we perceive ourselves as well as others. The images we see on tv also determine what we consider to be beautiful and is the driving force towards this search for perfection. We spend thousands of dollars and insurmountable time shopping online or at the malls, purchasing all sorts of beauty products, making nail, hair, facial and botox appointments, reading fashion magazines and taking particular note of what our favorite celebrities are wearing, doing and using to stay slim, youthful and yes, beautiful.

Let's not forget, that there was once a time when we were all mystified by the beautiful models and celebrities, who flawlessly walked the red carpets and flanked the covers of magazines effortlessly, or at least so it seemed. We dreamed about being them and looking like them, thinking they were born perfectly that way. Thanks to our growing obsession with celebrity-life, the shameless and countless invasions of privacy through reality tv, the social networks and the "tell-all" craze, we now not only have the information and the knowledge but also access to the once "top secret" sometimes extreme, physical enhancers.

Don't get me wrong, the "pursuit of beauty" doesn't have to mean a trip to a plastic surgeon, nor is it an elusive commodity accessible to only to the rich and famous. We can all be physically beautiful! The multi-billion dollar beauty industry has made sure to fulfill our every beauty need by bombarding us with a plethora of products and services geared towards making us feel and look younger and more beautiful. The opportunities and resources available to us are endless in this department. We have products that make us look younger, products that make our skin smoother, products that make our stomachs flat, products that make our lips plumper, products that give us fuller hair, products that make our lashes longer and thicker, stylists, eyebrow threaders, makeup artists, fashion trends that change every season, adornments like earrings, necklaces, tattoos, hats etc we all use these things to enhance our personal beauty and attractiveness in some way.

The truth is however, our pursuit of beauty is not just about exploiting our "sexual capital". It's not just the physical aspect of beauty that enamors us. We are in search of a combination between the seen and the unseen - The physical (outer) and the psychological (inner) because they both thrive off each other. I like many, believe that true beauty comes from within. Inner beauty in my definition, is that undeniable, profound light that shines from you and onto the world. It is your aura, your spirit, the stamp you leave behind after someone meets you for the first time. My father likes to refer to this intangible, spiritual side of our human nature as the "inner man" or "woman". Though this "inside beauty" may come easier to some than others, it is the beginning stages to fulfilling this intrinsic desire for physical satisfaction or happiness.

If psychologically we can find the power and confidence to see ourselves as beautiful no matter what, then the world would have no choice but to view us that way. Any physical imperfections that we may think we possess can disappear. Possessing internal beauty is the foundation of the pursuit of beauty. After all, we know that with age physical beauty disappears and there are many uncontrollable forces that can easily take away or lessen our physical beauty, like a severe accident or disease for example. Inner beauty comes from a deeper place. It oozes from your heart and soul and serves as a complimentary component to physical beauty.

So why this urgency to want to be beautiful? What lies beneath this so-called pursuit? What is it that moves us into the hunt for near perfection? The truth is, the pursuit of beauty is in fact the pursuit of happiness - they are one in the same. Though Linda refers to this pursuit as being "distinctly American", to me, it is more so, undeniably human. Whether it is a physical or psychological improvement to ourselves, we are all in search for this completeness. It is a calling to being someone bigger and better than we've ever been. It's about walking out your door everyday feeling like a ray of sunshine, confident with every step you take. It is a goal, a standard to set, that once achieved, is rewarded with a lifdtime of confidence, self assurance, pride, grace, poise and enthusiasm for life.

We therefore cannot deny that we are in a new era, where beauty and the acquisition of it, is no longer an enigmatic, perplexing phenomenon, but rather an expression of one's pride and self esteem. Beauty has now become a lifestyle, and we have learned that physical beauty cannot stand on its own, we can only enhance it. It is only when there is complete synergy between the physical (outer beauty) and the psychological (inner beauty) working in complete balance with each other like yin and yang, can we safely say we've achieved our goal in this pursuit of beauty and ultimately happiness.

Concept of Beauty is Universal

Beauty is a property associated with human beings. This could be considered even as a characteristic. Beauty is not only related to human beings. Beauty can be associated with locations, certain concepts, certain things etc as well. This property or characteristic named beauty makes other people happy about it. Any thing beautiful is a joy for others to watch.

The word beauty was originally taken from Greek language. According to the Greek interpretation, the word's meaning was - according to one's hour. This has philosophical implications as it implies that every thing beautiful has to belong to its time. So any one who is trying to look too younger or older for their actual age cannot be considered beautiful!!

Now the concept of beauty is universal. But the way people from one geographical location analyze beauty can be different from the perception of beauty as looked at from some one from a different geographical location. These are the cultural differences of beauty. A beautiful person in American culture may not be the same as that in African culture. A simple example is the weight of the person. In the western culture beauty is synonymous with skinny. But in many parts of Africa and Asia, being fat is considered beautiful. This could be understood in the case of Stone Age man, as a fat person would have a much better chance of surviving a famine. When hunting was the major source of one's income, having a really fat wife would have been the equivalent of riding a Lamborghini in today's world!!

Even today in Mauritania, a country in Africa, girls are fattened to such a degree that they are at risk of getting sick at a very young age. As very fat girls are the only ones who get married easily there, it is a common practice there to force feed the girls to extreme levels.

Most societies considered being fat as beautiful until a century ago. The concept of thin beauty is a very recent phenomenon.

The common saying is that, Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. This phrase defines the subjective nature of beauty to the full extent. As is the case of body weight explained above, people from different cultures tend to look at beauty from different viewpoints.

When it comes to religion, they give more weight to the inner beauty of the person. This usually refers to the character of the person more than his or her looks.

Beauty has mathematical properties too. Beautiful things are usually symmetric and proportional. The Greeks believed that the proportion of the features of any beautiful person must be as per golden ratio. Modern studies have proven that the Greeks ideas on beauty were correct.

Beauty Comes From Within

To be sexy and beautiful is something wonderful to be. But, what about underneath the skin layer? Do the ones you see as having outward beauty match what's going on inside, therefore making them the whnle package?

Our society has become increasingly obsessed with glamor, literally spending billions on cosmetics, plastic surgery, personal trainers, diets, and anything else which can give us an edge and roll back the hands of time. There's nothing wrong with any of that, if it makes you feel better. But, with celebrity obsession increasingly common, and our youth constantly looking to their idols on television as examples of the ultimate in personal glitter, do we really know if what you see on the exterior is matching the interior?

I'm now forty-nine years old, a heartbeat away from the big 50 milestone. My looks have started diminishing because of Father Time and I've been trying for a while to keep up. I exercise, try my best to eat healthy whenever possible, and have even thought of going underneath the knife myself to shave away some stubborn, unwanted pounds. A George Clooney look-a-like I'm not. But, as I continue aging I'm trying to become more attractive underneath my skin; to be a better person, friend, and colleague to all.

What makes a person truly beautiful is the outlook they express to others, and how they interact on a personal, and social level. Do they really care about you? Not them, you. Would they prefer to give than receive, lend and not borrow, talk about what matters to someone else rather than making it all about themselves? Do they carry a reflection of God's love in their eyes? Do they want to give love as much as receiving it? When others talk about them do their expressions light up? Do they portray a positive light to the world, looking for ways of making it better? If they've been less than beautiful before, are they striving to wash away the ugliness?

I had a Grandmother that I dearly loved. She passed away over twenty-three years ago but my memories of her are ever present. She was a farmers wife, an extremely hard worker, and mother of six. Her and my Grandfather worked their fields in Texas from dawn til dusk in order to provide for their family. She was soft-spoken, and verbalized her words very carefully, not using any sort of eloquence or fancy dialect. Her personality was very down to earth but she could be tough as nails when it came to getting something done. Although money was never in abundance, she had a heart of gold, and did the best she could with what was earned. She wasn't a beauty queen by modern day standards, although most considered her attractive. But most importantly, she loved her family and circle of friends and always put them first. A Christian woman, and one I'm sure was welcomed with open arms when she went to be with God. Even her name was that of a flower, "Lilly."

What made my Grandmother beautiful wasn't the way she dressed or carried herself, it was how she made you feel while being around her. When I was a kid during the summer months, my sister and I would always go and spend time with her and my Grandfather, giving us city kids a taste of country living. We loved it. The open spaces, fishing in the local ponds, feeding of farm animals, and home-cooked meals were something to be cherished. There was lots of love, a small farmhouse that still holds so many memories. When I first entered the doorway of the wooden porch, I could always count on those outstretched arms and huge smile walking towards me from across the room. She made you feel special, a priority, a welcomed addition to her life and her to yours. Her inner glow always shined in everything she did. She was a beautiful woman on the inside and outside, having that rare, loving soul that's so rare to find.

Now, obviously a Grandmothers love is usually something special, and to compare her to everyone else isn't exactly fair. But, people like she was are just made to make others feel wonderful. That, in return, is what makes them so beautiful. That said, we should all strive to be more attractive to others, to make those in our lives sense that certain warm feeling when entering a room.

I was sitting in a restaurant recently, having some lunch and scanning a book in a corner table. There were several employees walking around, taking orders, and tending to their normal duties. After I finished eating and sat my plate aside, I turned my attention to the unread pages. A couple of minutes later, the kindest voice suddenly flowed through my ears. I looked up, and saw a wide smile staring back at me, belonging to a young lady with an obvious birth defect and slightly impaired speech. She was very angel-like, having that certain innocence and radiating glow that made me stop and take notice.

"How are you today," I said, handing her my plate.

Her smile widened, "Just fine, sir, can I get you something else?"

"No, not a thing." I sat for a moment and watched her while she discarded the plate. "Can I ask you something?"

She looked back, her eyes almost glistening. "Okay."

"You look really happy with that big smile, any particular reason?"

She darted at my plate sitting in her busboy container. "You ate your food, that means you really enjoyed it."

"I did, it was very good."

She scratched her head, smiled again, then turned away while saying, "Well, that's enough for me."

This young lady was living a life that many might look upon as being disadvantaged, and mundane. Yet, the few seconds I was around her made me see something truly striking. Being beautiful is an impression which a person leaves on others, and that impression is the true reflection of many fine characteristics of their own personality, inner charm, and qualities.

No matter how a person appears on the outer surface, their inner beauty is always looking to shine through. It's their desire to do so that makes all the difference.

Inner Beauty Revealed

What is it to feel beauty? What exactly is inner beauty? It is a combination of things. It is love, without conditions. It is power, without control. It is surrender, with compassion and grace and it is the realization that we are infinitely prosperous and so we give up the need for competition. It is not being overshadowed by the desires for beauty but being fearless in the face of beauty.

· Love, without conditions - what if we were to love humanity as unconditionally as we do our children and our pets? What if we were to love ourselves so unconditionally? It is not easy being women today; it is not easy being men either, but this is a site for women and so therein lays my focus. We are still expected to be the nurturing, maternal beings that we are and we are also expected to be more assertive and more successful than in previous times. It is imperative that we love ourselves through this transition period, to allow for mistakes on our journey to wholeness.

· Power, without control - Spiritual power is gentle. It is flexible, it flows and it is forgiving. It is based on fearlessness and trusts in the divine order of things. It gives us permission to be all that we are destined to be without feeling that we have to force our way there.

· Surrender, with grace and compassion - We come to the realization, that in and of ourselves, we can do nothing. While this is very humbling it is also our path to ultimate freedom. We no longer have to buy into the notion that we must do it all ourselves, that we are in it alone. We can then give up our limiting stories and move towards our soul's calling with greater compassion.

· Infinite prosperity, without competition - I almost hate to say this, but women can be very mean to each other. If we are going to be our best selves, we must be secure enough in our knowledge that there is enough to go around for everyone. We would then support each other to shine and grow and not invest in the worry that they will outshine us because we believe there is room for all of us to succeed. We won't try to diminish the dreams of our friends, for fear of being left behind because we trust in the love of the universe and we want happiness for others as much as for ourselves.

When we can give and be, without so many fears and illusions, we become very real. We become very beautiful, from the inside out. We are magnetic women attracting more good and beauty where ever we go and we are forging the path for others to do the same. We owe it to ourselves to do the healing and growth necessary to feel this kind of beauty and we owe it the world to reveal this kind of beauty. I wish you magic and miracles every step of the way.

Let Your Inner Beauty Shine

Our skin faces a number of challenges on a daily basis such as exposure to UV rays, pollution, extreme to slight weather changes as well as genetic liabilities.

We all are looking for the fountain of youth in many different ways in order to reduce the visible damage that the above factors can cause, such as age spots, wrinkles or dry skin.

However, promoting healthy skin goes beyond the topical creams and skincare treatments and it really takes a true understanding of what your skin is and what it's functions are in order to reach that goal.

No doubt that by now you know that eating healthy is good for you and aside from reducing the risk of disease certain foods can improve the way you look too.

Perfect Skin Starts Within

Perfect skin begins from the inside, although in my opinion, the best approach is a combination of internal solutions and external skincare that brings about flawless skin. What you eat reflects on the outside via your skin as it is the first organ to show signs of neglect.

When I first approach a skincare concern that one of my clients have, I always ask about their eating habits. It is true that I always get the best results from clients that have a healthy lifestyle, a diet that consist of plenty of protein and lots of green vegetables. This creates a healthier body with the building blocks necessary to transform your skin.

There are plenty of ways to treat your skin topically, for example, microcurrent facials are an excellent way to build collagen and elastin, LED light therapy penetrates the skin and activates cellular function to reduces internal inflammation and by Dr. Perricone's account this is the number one reason a person ages.

Also, oxygen facials, although disputed by experts, if properly performed with supercharged-serums will properly hydrate and feed your skin.

All of these methods will give you clear, younger and brighter skin. The only real variation from person to person is how many treatments one would need to achieve the perfect result. This depends greatly on the diet and lifestyle of each individual.

Topical skincare routines have advance greatly and since the organic skin care product's revolution, skin care has become a lot healthier than our grandparents skincare lines were.

Using the internal and external methods of skin care we can maximize the skin's ability to produce a faster and healthy cell turnover, giving you an advantage over time and keeping your skin youthful and glowing.

Dietary supplements can also offer an easy and excellent way to help you achieve the goal of perfect skin as we sometimes lack certain vitamins or minerals in our diets that are required for perfect health.

Your diet accounts for 80 percent of what your dermis needs and using dietary supplements will include key nutrients that your body needs, again, providing the building blocks for youthful looking skin.

While a nutritious diet and plenty of water play a key role in what your skin looks and feels like, we cannot forget the top part of our skin, which accounts for 20 percent of our skincare routine.

Although one seems to outweigh the other, I believe that both are equally important as the external part of your skin gets 100 percent bombarded by the physical elements everyday.

One should not neglect one or the other and if both aspects of skincare are done regularly you can have the skin you always wanted, now and in the future.

Joanna Vargas is a graduate from the University of Chicago and is a celebrity facialist that is well known for her unique facials and skincare treatments. Her signature microcurrent facial, oxygen facial and LED light therapy skincare treatment have been the source of rave reviews from the leading magazines such as Vogue, Allure, Harper's Bazaar and many others.

She will soon present her skin care products line and full body LED light therapy machine, patent pending to all her clients and spa owners.

Inner Beauty Strategy - Confidence and Positive Thinking

First of all, why is inner beauty important?

We have all met people in our lives - women (and men for that matter) - who are physically beautiful to look at on the outside. But when you get to know their personality and who they are on the inside, and it's not very pleasant, didn't it make you look at that person in a less desirable light?

In fact, that person's outer beauty may have even diminished because you caught a glimpse of what was on the inside.

Or how about the reverse scenario? How many times have you met someone who may not have been a drop-dead gorgeous knockout, but once you got to know them and how beautiful they were on the inside, their outside physical appearance actually seemed to change - they were even more attractive to you than you remembered them being upon first meeting them?

When*it comes right down to it, no matter how beautiful a person is on the outside, if it were all tragically stripped away somehow and they did not have their inner beauty taken care of, what would they be left with?

You see, the inner beauty is what makes the outer beauty even more stunning. And in the complete package, this complete beauty turns heads and becomes unforgettable to those they meet.

It would be advisable to focus most of your efforts on inner beauty strategies first. If you have your inner beauty developed, you will always be completely beautiful!

Let's take a look at the first strategy of inner beauty: confidence and positive thinking.

Why is confidence and positive thinking so important when it comes to being a complete beauty?

Self-confidence is arguably one of the most important things you can have. Self-confidence reflects your assessment of your own self-worth. It will play a large part in determining your happiness throughout life.

Self-confidence allows you to take risks, as you have enough confidence in your own abilities to be sure that if things do go wrong, you can put things right.

The way in which you are self-confident is important: if you are under-confident, then you will not take risks that need to be taken. If you are over-confident, then you can end up not trying hard enough and losing.

Confidence should be based on observed reality. It should be based on the achievement of performance goals: you should be confident that you will perform up to your current abilities.

Good self-confidence comes from a realistic expectation of success based on well practiced skills, respect for your own competence, and adequate preparation.

The success attained should be measured in terms of achievement of personal performance goals, not achievement goals such as winning.

Where you are under-confident, you will commonly suffer from fear of failure (which will prevent you from taking risks effectively), self-doubt, lack of concentration, and negative thinking.

Often you may find yourself blaming yourself for faults that lie elsewhere. Here you should use suggestion, visualization, and effective goal-setting to improve your self-confidence and self-image.

Over-confidence is dangerous - it can lead you into situations which you do not have the ability to get out of. It can set you up for serious failure that can devastate the self-confidence you should have.

Over-confidence is confidence that is not based on ability: it may be a result of misleading or pushy parents or others trying to help you without understanding your abilities, may be caused by vanity or ego, or may be caused by positive thinking or imagery which is not backed up by ability.

Goal setting is probably the most effective way of building self-confidence. By setting measurable goals, achieving them, setting new goals, achieving them, and so on you prove your ability to yourself.

You are able to prove to yourself that you are able to perform and achieve effectively. You can see and recognize and enjoy your achievement, and feel real self-worth in that achievement.

Importantly, by knowing what you are able to achieve, you are not setting yourself up for surprise failure - you almost always have a reasonably accurate assessment of what your abilities really are, which is unclouded by ego or vanity.

Imagery is also useful in building self-confidence, but only if properly applied.

Imagery should be used to imagine achievement of a goal that is being worked towards in order to help you to believe that that goal is attainable.

Imagery can help you "draw a picture" in your mind's eye of becoming a more beautiful you!

For complete beauty, start with your inner beauty first.

Real True Beauty

Every day young girls and women are bombarded with unrealistic media representations of women. Advertisements, Miss America contests, television shows, and movies are all responsible for the low self esteem that many women are facing today. In media, 'beautiful' women are depicted as being thin, perfect skinned, and big breasted. The reality is, many women are not thin, do not have perfect skin, and are not big breasted. Since they do not fit these 'ideal' images of beauty, many women believe that they are not beautiful and do not appeal to men. This article will dispose of these media beliefs about beauty by discussing what beauty really is, how ideas of beauty differ around the world, and what men really think about beauty.

As many people know, there are two types of beauty; outer beauty and inner beauty. Outer beauty, or physical attractiveness, is the type of beauty that is focused on most by the media. Unfortunately, media takes most physical attributes to the extreme. 'Beautiful' women in the media have perfect skin, perfect bodies, and the perfect weight, leaving women in the real world feeling insecure and undesirable. Unfortunately, media cannot be ignored. It is everywhere. It is on television, on the radio, in the movies, in ads, and even in children's toys. This is why it is extremely important that we begin to emphasis the importance of inner beauty to young girls and women. Inner beauty, often ignored in media representations, includes psychological factors such as personality, intelligence, politeness, and personal charisma. Rather than focusing on unobtainable physical characteristics, young women should be focusing on attainable inner beauty.

Easier said than done, right? In today's society, the pressure of a woman to be beautiful is stronger than ever. Unfortunately, most women are not focusing on inner beauty as they should be. So, for those women, here are two suggestions. The first is to ignore media representations. There are very few women in the world who actually fit the profile of a woman in the media. Even the women who have made it to television are often edited and airbrushed to look the way they do. The second point to establish is that ideas of beauty are forever changing. Beauty changes from time to time and from place to place. What is beautiful to one person is not beautiful to another. For example, in Western cultures, extra long necks may not be considered a beautiful trait. However, the Kayan tribe of Thailand believes that elongated necks represent ideal beauty. They are so infatuated with the idea of long necks that the women actually wear brass rings around their neck to help give them an elongated appearance. This shows how different cultures have different ideas of beauty. The same is true for different people within the same cultures. What is beautiful to one American man may not be beautiful to another.

Similarly, most men in Western cultures have a different idea of beauty than women. When you ask a woman what would make her more beautiful, she will often describe physical characteristics such as better skin, better hair, or bigger breasts. Men, on the other hand, often won't mention physical characteristics when asked what beauty is. Research has shown that men believe happiness and healthiness make a woman beautiful, not physical characteristics.

Regardless of time and place, standards of beauty are always there. Unfortunately, media representations are giving young women unattainable beauty ideals which are damaging the self esteem of young girls and women. Instead of trying to live up to these unrealistic ideals, understand that beauty is not static. Everyone has a different idea of beauty. If one person doesn't find you beautiful, another will. Also, focus on your inner beauty. If you allow your inner beauty to shine you will be happier and healthier, allowing you to achieve your ultimate goal of attracting the perfect man!

Inner Beauty is True Beauty

I was watching Jessica Simpson on the Oprah Winfrey show recently. Jessica Simpson's career started as a squeaky clean character, but wealth and celebrity boosted her into the lime light and the scrutiny of everyone. The snappers are every where she is going, and there relentless pursuits have taken away her freedoms and her capabilities to live a regular life.

With all this has come the remarks of her weight, and her personal life. Jessica Simpson is a very attractive lady. She told Oprah that her current dress size is four. 4! She said that the largest she's ever been is a size 6. I am sorry folks, but that's not fat!

One of the most sexiest girls the world has ever known was Marilyn Monroe. She was an actress and a woman that was the dreams of thousands of men. Talk about beauty, Marilyn Monroe had it all. Let me tell you what her dress size was. Are you prepared for this? Twelve. Yes, I said 12! If Jessica Simpson is considered fat at a size six, what would Marilyn Monroe be considered today? She would most likely be regarded as fat.

The attacks on Jessica Simpson as fat and the stereotype of how all ladies should look today, has just destroyed and killed the self image and the self worth of a massive majority of women in the world today.

My daughter has suffered with bulimia since she was in high-school. She's been hospitalized 2 times for this. She is now 26 years old and still hasn't gotten into her head how gorgeous she is. She is what I consider, a tiny person. She's got the qualities of what real beauty is all about. The inner beauty of the soul. Ironic, her name is also Jessica.

My wife was going through some photographs yesterday, and found some of her when we were much younger. She was in a swimming suit, and she was looking hot. Reminding me of one of the reasons why I was so attracted to her. I brought something to her remembrance that she had forgotten. I claimed, "can you remember honey how you thought you looked so fat back than?" She just silently shook her head in agreement. She has always been worried about her outward appearance and looks back than and still is today.

The planet's view on beauty has changed a lot since the days of Marilyn Monroe. It's become a big industry. The beauty supplies and dieting industry has become a virtually a 100 billion dollar per year industry. Pushing their unrealistic images of how a ladies is supposed to look on all girls. I do not care what you are saying or how old you are, this industry is dangerous to the health and well being of all girls today. I don't know why more woman's organizations aren't talking out against this industry.

Women are made very differently than men. Forgive me, but we're not born equal. That has been the biggest presupposition I have ever heard. Men are generally bigger, stronger, and we definitely do not think alike. Women are sometimes more emotional than men are. Why has the repeated pounding of these tabloids against Jessica Simpson been such a dire and emotional experience for her? They are just words. They're not depicting the true beauty that is in Jessica Simpson, but she doesn't believe that. Like so many girls today, they've been fooled into believing all those lies. They haven't taken the time to look deep within themselves and see the real person that's in there.

If you were having a look at marriage photographs that you attended or were in, I can almost guarantee that the man wnuld look for himself. He would like to find out how cool or uncool he looks, but the lady is taking a look at all the other women. She is doing some comparisons. She wants to find out how all of the others are looking and how she stacks up to them.

All of these lies feed into the already very unstable and extraordinarily doubtful self image of all girls. The beauty and fitness industry just capitalizes on this weakness and manipulates it right into their bank balances.

Ladies, you are wonderfully and beautifully created by God. He gave you all of the attributes that pulls men to you, but much more is the inner beauty of the soul that no person can ever attain too. The facility to birth new life and to love and nurture that life into a full and mature human being. That is what makes you far different from men. Do not buy into the lies of the media and the industry that claims you have to be a size four to look good. Look into the inner part of you. That is who you really are. That's what makes you, you. Because true beauty is inner beauty of the heart. You have that. Find it and accentuate who you really are.
